Drunk media person held for disrespecting cops

person identi�ied by the San Pedro police station as a (staff) member of a Davao-based tabloid publication is currently in police
custody after he uttered disrespectful statement at policemen during a traf�ic incident along General Luna St. The San Pedro police sta-
tion blotter identi�ied the suspect as one Jhunwin Coniehus Laput, 30, and believed to be connected with the publication, Philippine Fiscalizer.
Laput was brought to the police station by Mobile 19 manned by Police Of�icer Sagusay at 2: 50 in the morning
of November 4. The police of�icers also presented security guard Efren Jay Café as witness. The suspect is under cus-
