he City Council on Tuesday has approved on third and �inal reading an ordinance that would pave the way for the establishment of a bulk water treatment facility of the Apo Agua Infrastructura, Inc. in Baguio district’s Barangay Gumalang. “I would like to thank the City Council for making this historic move that would provide potable water in the second district,” said proponent Councilor Rene Elias c. Lopez in extending his gratitude to his fellow councilors for the approval of
the ordinance. The ordinance was co-sponsored by Councilor Danilo C. Dayanghirang. The ordinance is entitled “A Resolution To Enact An Ordinance Granting The Application Of The Apo Agua Infrastructura Inc. Represented By Cirilio C.
