Leave the M6 at Junction 44 taking the Carlisle bypass. Follow the bypass to the Thursby roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the A596 (signposted Wigton, Aspatria, Silloth). Follow this road through Waverton until you see a signpost to turn right for Blencogo. Follow this for 1.25 miles into Blencogo, take the left turn at the fork and the development is on the right hand side.
