As a team member we will provide the highest level of hospitality. We will greet residents, families and guests with a warm smile, courteous greeting, and ask if we can assist them.

If a resident, family, or guest shares a way in which we can assist them, we will be attentive to that need and ensure we carry out their request fully. When the request is complete our team will ask if there are any other ways we can be of service.

Our team will be accessible to the needs, wants, and desires of our residents, families, and guests by being present in our community and constantly traveling the community to see how we can best serve our residents, families, and guests.

ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE
Edencrest at The Tuscany is licensed by the Iowa Department of Health as an assisted living community. That means we can provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living. Some residents may find they do not require any assistance, others may want medication management, assistance with dressing, bathing, hygiene or ambulation. Our unique program allows us to bill for ONLY the services the resident needs. Prior to move in, a nurse will complete an assessment with each resident to identify what services are needed. This will allow us to create an Individualized Service Plan just for you or your loved one.

Eden Endeavors is a program exclusive to Edencrest communities. With the support of our Executive Director, Life Enrichment Director & Community Relations Director, residents will fulfill a lifelong dream! Everyone has a wish list, and our team is here to help all our residents accomplish them.
Every community will have a new Eden Endeavors highlight every six months. We can’t wait to highlight our residents and help them achieve their wildest dreams!
