FLOORING SERVICES Screed Bonded Screed Our screed specialists and solution providers can support your project needs with the highest screed available quality using state of art machineries. We apply Bonded Screed based on the project requirements and guarantee an exceptional quality in accordance with the International standards.

This is the type of screed where the screed layer is bonded fully to the substrate using a primer or bonding agent. This type of screed is ideal for thinner section screeds where heavy loading is expected. A bonded screed is generally of 15-30 mm thick.

FLOORING SERVICES Screed Unbonded Screed As the name suggests, Unbonded screeds are not bonded directly to the base, as mechanical scabbing is not possible. Unbonded screed is applied to Polythene/ Damp Proof Membrane (DPM) laid on top of the concrete base, which separates it from the main slab.

This type is ideal for thickness greater than 50mm for standard screed and 40mm for modified screeds.

FLOORING SERVICES Screed Floating Screed A “Floating� screed is an unbonded screed applied over a layer of thermal insulation material. The minimum thickness of a floating screed is calculated by considering the intrinsic characteristics of the material used.

Due to some project requirements, we propose floating screed to reduce the load on the slab while the screed thickness is required. High density Polystyrene boards is eventually one of the solutions which acts as an insulation / soundproof membrane and at the same time a light weight filling component.
