The business center’s program offers the opportunity to achieve these objectives by bringing together freelance, very small companies and public actors of the municipality to enable them to better visibility at the regional level. Regardless of a coworking space / flexible office, the program welcomes a wider area with a mini congres center for conference activities, but also a showroom area: showcase of local knowledge. It therefore offers the inhabitants a workspace in rural surroundings, saving him an important move to urban centers but also an open door to foreign trade in the village.

The choice of location was strategic in the layout plan. The building is aligned with the first main-track corner plot. This corner is released to generate a breakpoint in the path, and the volume of the business center is a vertical guide in the village offering on its top, a lookout over the valley of the Hautes Fagnes. Access to the latter is completely outside public and the rest of the program.
