Paths that guide the walkers towards the middle of the park, have drawn an elliptical shape. This ellipse was dislocated and separated the rehearsal hall and the house. The final shape is studied according to the program. The strong character of the building invites the inhabitants of Saint-LĂŠonard to discover art and nature.

The site is fictional, it is a «collage» of landscapes, inspired by real-life contexts. It consists of a new road without end, oriented north-south, with a new plot through the contrasting landscapes. This configuration has no «moral value.» It offers pragmatically the same provisions for each student: access, land, a template, a garden and landscape at the back. (when nothing is drawn on the map, it is fields or meadows). Planning a regulation designed to ensure consistency in the settlements.

The house is designed for 5 users: 2 adults, 1 teen, 1 pre-teen, 1 child. In addition to the needs of family life (individual / group), the project will offer a specificity linked to either a family member or at all (business, profession, leisure, etc.)

Located in the heart of Saint-Léonard, in a very dense built fabric, the property that is the angle at the corner of two streets can be considered as a relationship between two very different worlds. St. Leonard Street, parallel to the Meuse, is a true neighborhood artery linking the Esplanade Saint-Léonard and Coronmeuse. Historically very old, it has always been both a major shopping street while being very inhabited. This project aims to improve the lives of people by creating public spaces. open up the area that is identified between the reliefs of the slopes of the citadel and docks become freeways. create conditions for receiving economic activity such as the cafeteria, or various shops located on brownfields. The youth center will be a place of artistic production, space for leisure, sport, etc.. The multipurpose hall will operate mainly with the youth center but will also various festivals and exhibitions available to residents.

The type of system adopted here is the set of housing. This structure turns out to be more conducive to host public functions at street level. These facilities are connected with the housing in order to provide residents quality services like the new neighborhood. The public destination program contains a collective nursery, cafeteria and an office. The status of surrounding areas is public in order to promote pedestrian traffic inside islets. The set has 13 units in all. 6 appartments in tower are equipped for the disabled. Their arrangement has views to the Meuse and the Boulevard ZĂŠnobe Gram. The remaining units are various programs to allow diversity and social mix.
The masses are not built strictly aligned to the urban tissue to guide pedestrians and facilitate its reading of the site. The repercussion obviously done in homes by guidance and decision interesting views. The living areas are south and are oriented animated and extended landscape of the city. While the night zones are directed to the peaceful garden of the block.

The business center’s program offers the opportunity to achieve these objectives by bringing together freelance, very small companies and public actors of the municipality to enable them to better visibility at the regional level. Regardless of a coworking space / flexible office, the program welcomes a wider area with a mini congres center for conference activities, but also a showroom area: showcase of local knowledge. It therefore offers the inhabitants a workspace in rural surroundings, saving him an important move to urban centers but also an open door to foreign trade in the village. The choice of location was strategic in the layout plan. The building is aligned with the first main-track corner plot. This corner is released to generate a breakpoint in the path, and the volume of the business center is a vertical guide in the village offering on its top, a lookout over the valley of the Hautes Fagnes. Access to the latter is completely outside public and the rest of the program.

The Coworking Center will be also a showcase of local know-how in design. For this, we will promote the use of local materials and expertise. The mineral structure on the ground floor, supporting a local solid wood frame. The formwork liner cyclopean stone, contain recycled materials. Its design should draw upon the resources of the village construction companies or region, active in the middle of sustainable construction.

As part of a development of public / private land, the municipality of Istanbul has given us the mission to relocate the parking area of the metro Kazlicesme into a public park. One of our priorities was to preserve the historic buildings of the site. Considering these, we create the links and axes that have determined the landscape design. The site would include fast pedestrian axes as well as slow, shaded walks punctuated by points of interest in sport, art, play and landscape. The program required the establishment of a trade / office center. In addition to this, we considered many projects refunds previously studied at the site, such as restitution / restoration of the Kazlicesme spinning mill. Therefore, we found appropriate to enrich the program by an artistic center in purpose and / or musical.
