Chipped board exposing two or more nails

Unlicensed nails and/or irregular placement of nails, nails protruding from the boards

Lack of millings on the upper edges of the bottom deck boards

No rotten wood or fungus is allowed at all such pallets shall be disposed

Incorrect marking on the blocks
Poor general condition of the pallet, eg: - major contamination (e.g. lubricants, grease, cement); - use of impermissible elements (boards, blocks, nails); - improper positioning of the elements (e.g. block moved versus boards)
Chipped block, exposing any nails
