ENTREPRENEURSHIP 3 ECTS

The aims of the course are the following: to develop a business plan, to know real initiatives for entrepreneurship and to learn theoretical aspects of Entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial process involves finding, evaluating, and developing an opportunity by overcoming the strong forces that resist the creation of something new. The aim of the subject is to educate and train about entrepreneurship covering theory and practice helping students to develop skills and competences to be able to identify opportunities in the market, how to asses potential business ideas and how to implement them with market tools and develop organizational and personal capability.

TOPICS IN BUSINESS AND ETHICS I 3 ECTS

The economic and business environment, in which the majority of companies operate, has changed dramatically over the last years. This has led to significant changes in the way companies are run, and the way they include new management skills and competences. This course focus on some of them: Reputation, Brand Value, Innovation, Positioning, environment and ethics.

STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT 6 ECTS

The aim of this course is to allow students to understand the concept of strategy and the formal process of designing a strategy. It includes the formal process of Designing a Strategy, Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy and Functional Strategy. The student must know the strategy from the point of view of the war and how best commanders deployed their strategies on the most important battles of the world. This course will provide the student a practical overview of the business world by analyzing real cases. The student will be able to develop the capacity of student team work, applying strategy knowledge to a team work.
