BCA Section J report outlines the energy efficiency specifications for a commercial building pertaining to classes 3, 5, 7, 8 and 9. The requirement for Section J report is defined by NCC (National Construction Code) Part J of Volume One. The NCC is also sometimes referred formally to as the Building Code of Australia (BCA). For assessing BCA Section J compliance, you can use either of the following methods: ● ●

Deemed to Satisfy (DtS method) JV3 Modelling and assessment.

With the JV3 assessment method, you enjoy specific flexibility that won’t be possible in the DtS approach.
