This course aims to qualify owners or operators of a VHF radio on small boats as it is a requirement that they hold a MROVCP (Marine Radio Operators VHF Certificate of Proficiency) as issued by the Office of Maritime Communications (OMC). This is for use in Australia and is recognised worldwide.
