Champagne lovers, it’s time for the final Byron Bay Champagne Club event of the year, at which club members will luxuriate under the canopy of the Rainforest Verandah at The Byron at Byron, with delectable food prepared by their new executive chef Minh Le, matched to the incredible champagnes of Champagne Collet.
