HAVE YOUR SAY AMENDMENTS TO BYRON 2014 AND 2010 DEVELOPMENT CONTROL PLANS PUBLIC ART DCP 2014 – CHAPTER D8 DCP 2010 – CHAPTER 1 PART E Amendments relating to the above Chapters of Byron Development Control Plans (DCP) 2010 and 2014 are on exhibition for a period of six weeks from 1 May to 14 June 2019 and are available on Council’s website at www.byron.nsw.gov.au/Public-Notice. The amendments to the Public Art Chapters are a reflection of the revised Public Art Policy and new Public Art Strategy, as well as recommendations from the Public Art Panel.
