After opening its doors at the start of this year, The Craft Parlour Brunswick Heads has followed in the footsteps of its older sister studio on the Gold Coast as a bright and welcoming environment for the community. A meeting place for crafty folk as much as a creative studio, the space provides an opportunity for you to learn a new skill, or polish up on an old pastime craft hobby, all whilst experiencing a whole lot of fun and inspiration in the process. 2019 FEDERAL ART PRIZE The tiny village of Federal is a proud community of great people with enormous and varied talents.The community has embraced the new Federal store and in turn the Federal store is thrilled to initiate the inaugural Federal Art Prize for painting and sculpture. They hope to stimulate and acknowledge creativity in the local community. Visitors will be invited to vote anonymously for their favourite pieces in both categories. It will also include an introduction to editing, and the nuts and bolts of how to record and release your own podcast.
