In their 40-year history, the Lancers have established themselves as one of the premier marching ensembles in the Midwest.
The Lancers are a community education organization that strives to promote excellence in the areas of youth development and performance. Over the years, the Lancers have marched and performed in more than 30 states and Canada. This year, the Lancers are excited to travel to Chicago to perform in the Skokie 4th of July Parade.
This season’s show, “The Magnificent Seven” explores a lone ranger’s travels into the unknown West. The show music consists of excerpts from “The Magnificent Seven” and “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly” arranged by Dr. Ward Miller and Michael Thursby. We hope you enjoy the Lancers’ version of “The Magnificent Seven.”
