You must all be aware of BoAt and using its products. boAt is an India-based consumer electronics brand established in 2015 that markets earphones, headphones, travel chargers, and premium rugged cables.

Why it is drowning? Who has made holes in the boAt??


The Answer Is "NOISE" Founded in 2014. Today, it ranks among the top five brands in India in wireless earphones and captured the lion’s share for six consecutive quarters. Apart from earbuds, it also makes other products such as smartwatches, Bluetooth headphones, and others

Why it is affecting now ? Here is the answer 'Titan' "Titan", the premier watch manufacturer in India, started a joint venture with Tata group, TIDCO which is looking to acquire Indian wearables brand ‘Noise’,


The decision is not yet set in stone and is likely to value the eight-year-old Noise at about

₹700- ₹800 Crores Sounds unbelievable, right !!


Titan is already the fifth-largest integrated brand watch manufacturer in the world, and Noise had the greatest market share (26%)📈 of the Indian smartwatch market in 2021. This in turn would also help Titan establish a stronger presence in the larger wearables market.


Thus, the growth of "NOISE" will be having a deep impact on BoAt and positions it to lose its presence and get lost in the deep water!! In order to survive, it must introduce a consumer catchy product in the market, that must help them to cover up the holes.
