Miikana is a creative place-making hub that seeks to create paths of support for arts and culture to thrive within the community. Programming has been defined by key touchpoints that meet the needs of users in order to instill creative placemaking .

The wellness center is inspired by Mother Earth and the spiritual connection Indigenous people share with the elements; water, air and fire. Programming and materiality is defined by earth’s elements encouraging grounding practices to soothe one’s psyche.

The Comic Con office design incorporates a playful, primary colour scheme that reflects the brands identity. Human centered design is manifested through a range of workspaces, ergonomic furniture, and universal wayfinding.
