ARCHITECTURE _ PERFORMANCE lebbeus woods _tommy lee

The main objective of the design is to create an interactive installation by means of low tech structural solutions, which will improve the experience of the clubbers and give a response to the immediate needs of the site. Tommy Lee’s precedences motivates a reflection about the relation between architecture and performance as his performance are taken to a complete different level by means of the usage of this kind of roaller coaster structures. The reflection , within a context which can easily shelter the performative dimension as Ministry of Sound is, focuses on the capability of the performative elements to create architecture and have an influence on the space display and the behaviour of the users.
