Since 1 August 2017, for all items from the 2017 model year or later and in addition to the 10-year warranty on all e-bikes and s-pedelecs, we have been offering a 12-month extension of the customary 2-year warranty on all Kalkhoff bikes with BMZ batteries (drive systems: Shimano, Impulse and Neodrives). The registration that is required in order obtain that extended warranty can be completed via the Kalkhoff website.
