EB Games/Zing Pop Culture Giveaway Competition General Terms & Conditions. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, & EB World
The promoter is Electronics Boutique (ABN 50077681442), 25 Backhouse Pl, Trade Coast Central, Eagle Farm QLD, 4009.
Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The competition is open to all followers or members of the EB Games Australia & Zing Pop Culture
Australia Facebook Pages, Twitter Pages, Instagram Pages, TikTok Accounts, or EB World who are residents of Australia except employees of the promoter, and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.
The promotion commences on the date the competition is posted and ends 6 days after the competition was posted, or as outlined in the competition specific details below. The competition will be monitored by representatives appointed by the promoter. The representative’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be selected from entrants from the EB Games & Zing Pop Culture Facebook Page, Twitter Pages, Instagram Pages, TikTok Accounts, or EB World Members, as outlined in the competition specific T&Cs below.
Winners will be selected by the EB Games/Zing Pop Culture Social Media Team or EB World Team. Winners will be contacted by the official EB Games and Zing Pop Culture accounts only.

To be a valid entrant, participants must meet the competition or giveaway requirements listed on the post they have commented on or retweeted, or on the entry form they have submitted, and as outlined within these terms and conditions.
This data will be used for the sole purpose of selecting and contacting the winners. This data will not be used by any third-party apps or services.

Participants cannot enter over the phone or via email.
Participants can only enter once per giveaway post or per valid EB World account. Only 1 entry will be valid per post or valid account.
All winners will be drawn up to 14 days after the competition or giveaway, or as outlined in the competition specific T&Cs below. Prizes will be distributed as soon as possible after the promotion has ended.
It is the winner’s responsibility to respond to the promoter’s best method of contact, whether it be a Facebook message, Instagram DM, Twitter DM, TikTok DM or email, and advise their details for further correspondence regarding delivery/pick up of the prize. Winners may be required to supply their postal details to receive their prize. Failure to do so, or failure to reply to the promoter within 48 hours will result in another winner being chosen.
EB Games & Zing Pop Culture will never ask for you to follow a link, enter your credit card details or provide any other personal information other than what is listed above.
Prizes are not transferable for cash, non-refundable and non-transferable.
All decisions of the promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
By claiming their prize, winners authorise the use, without additional compensation, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or photograph for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner related to the promotion.

Trade-Nado Giveaway - Voucher
Competition runs from 22/05/25 - 26/05/25.
Winners will be picked within 7 days of the individual giveaway's publishing date.

The competition is open to all customers of EB Games Australia, who are residents of Australia except employees of the promoter, and members of their immediate families.
The promotion commences on the date the competition is posted and ends 26th of May. The competition will be monitored by representatives appointed by the promoter. The representative’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be selected from entrants from the entry form provided on the EB Games Australia Facebook Page via a link as well as the EB Games Australia Instagram Account via the linktree found in the bio of the account
The winners will be determined by a panel of expert judges based on proof provided. Winners will be contacted via email from "Social.Media@ebgames.com.au".

Trade-Nado Giveaway - Voucher - CONTINUED
Digital Voucher prizes will be provided in the month of July 2025, unless advised otherwise via email. $80 vouchers are to be added as an additional voucher separate to the existing Trade-Nado $20 voucher promotion, for a total of $100.
Winners from each Australian State will be picked for every day of the Trade-Nado (22 - 25 May 2025). Winners will be notified from 26 May onwards.
Boosted vouchers are eligible only throughout 6 - 31 July, when provided.
Giveaway Prize:
• $80 EB Games/Zing Pop Culture Voucher.
How To Enter:
To be eligible for this giveaway;
•Entrants must log their details in the provided Entry Form.
•Entrants must have an EB World Account and provide the form with an associated EB World Number and/or email address
•Entrants must have a legitimate receipt from TRADE-NADO (22 - 25 May 2025) showing a trade was performed, at our EB Games Australia stores.
•Entrants must retain their receipts from the transaction.
Winners will be determined by a panel of expert judges based on proof provided. Entries close 10AM AEST Monday 26 May 2025.
All decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
