AUCTION LOT 1 Personal football coaching session and Q&A with Man Utd and England Football star, Rio Ferdinand
Rio Ferdinand is a former professional centre back, who played 81 times for the England national team between 1997 and 2011. He was a member of three England World Cup squads and featured in the PFA Team of the Year four times in five years; winning the Premier League and the Champions League with Manchester United in a glittering career. Rio retired from football in 2015 and has become one of the country’s best-known football commentators, working for BT Sport as a pundit for their coverage of the Premier League, FA Cup, UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League. In March 2017, Rio discussed strategies for coping with bereavement in the BBC One documentary Rio Ferdinand: Being Mum and Dad, for which he won a coveted Bafta award.

Rio is offering an exclusive football coaching session on either a 1-1 or group basis. He will attend your child’s school, football club or other venue of your choosing and conduct a 2-3 hour training session tailored to your requirements. After training, Rio will join you for lunch or dinner and you will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with of the most popular and successful footballers that this country has ever produced. AUCTION LOT 4 Signed framed shirt from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer
Official Manchester United 2019 replica shirt signed by current Manchester United manager and footballing legend, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Ole enjoyed a stellar professional football playing career, playing 42 times for Molde in Norway before moving to Manchester United in 1996. There he scored 91 goals in 235 appearances. Ole also played 67 times for the Norwegian national team, scoring 23 international goals. Ole is best remembered for scoring the winning last-minute goal against Bayern Munich in the 1999 UEFA Champions League Final and winning the treble with Manchester United. In 2008 Ole was knighted in Norway, becoming the youngest ever recipient of this award.

Former England Cricket Captain Michael Vaughan OBE made his first-class debut in 1993 and received his first England cap in 1999. He went on to make over 160 appearances for England, with his greatest moment coming as Captain in 2005 when England won The Ashes for the first time since 1986. Since his retirement in 2009, Michael has become a regular figure and personality on television and is a key member of the Test Match Special team. This summer, The Ashes returns to Edgbaston where cricket’s oldest adversaries, England and Australia, will battle it out to take home the famous urn.

Three Magnums of Ch Léoville Barton 2ème Cru St Julien 2015 Beautifully Presented in a Wooden Case Stamped with Chateau Name and Vintage
One week holiday in the heart of the Trois Vallees ski region, for nine people
One of the great names in classically styled claret, Léoville Barton has been owned by the same family throughout its entire existence, since 1826; an unheard of rarity in Bordeaux. Léoville Barton’s 48 hectares of vineyards are located in the east of the St-Julien, wine appellation and lie on gravelly-clay soils. They are planted with Cabernet Sauvignon 72%, Merlot 20%, Cabernet Franc 8%. The wine is matured in oak barriques (50% new) for 18 months.
Le Barn is a recently renovated house in the pretty village of Beranger, just 4kms from the ski lifts at St Martin de Belleville at the heart of the massive Trois Vallees ski area. St Martin has lovely restaurants and the 3* Michelin restaurant La Bouitte is nearby, who will send their chauffeur to come and collect you and bring you home. There is also an option for a private chef to come and cook for you!
This trio of magnums, which usually retail for £600, are a show-stopping addition to any wine lovers’ collection. St Julien is like the middle child of the Médoc; not as assertive as Pauillac or as coquettish as Margaux, it lies firmly between the two more outspoken communes and as a result produces a blend of them both. The trio includes the Ch Léoville Barton 2ème Cru St Julien 2015 (Drinking window: 2021-2025), Antonio Galloni 93-96 points, and Neal Martin 94-96 points.
Le Barn is completely modernised and fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen, wood burning stove, TV, DVD player with satellite connections and free WiFi. It has four bedrooms and sleeps up to 9 people. The winner of this prize will receive a week’s stay at Le Barn, which can be taken in the 2019/20 ski season that starts 14th December 2019 and ends 25th April 2020.
