The Easterseals MORC Walled Lake location (1010 E. West Maple, Suite 100, Walled Lake, MI 48390) is hosting multiple vitals clinic for individuals served who are in need of vitals assessment or updating health records in IRIS.
What should I expect at the vitals clinic?
At the vitals clinic, individuals in attendance will have their blood pressure and pulse checked, their temperature taken and and their height and weight will be measured.
When will these take place?
Vitals Clinics will be offered in 15-minute appointments between 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM on the following days.

How do I sign up for the vitals clinic?
