

Seeking Safety is an evidence-based model used to treat individuals that have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or substance abuse. Seeking Safety provides a presentfocused, cognitive-behaviorally based approach that provides education and coping skills to move toward safety and rebuild hope.

Group participants will learn about:
Empower individuals with activities, handouts and examples that help them gain healthier coping skills. Learn how to communicate and ask for help. Education around what makes relationships healthy versus unhealthy.
Develop ways to channel anger toward improving your life and relationships, rather than have it be destructive.
Available for up to 8 students per group

Sessions are for 1 hour each week for 8 weeks
