Coping skills to help with anxiety and depression
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) model
Relaxation and mindfulness skills
Recognizing automatic negative thoughts (ANT) and how to reframe them into more helpful thoughts
Behavioral activation: How getting active improves mood
Exposure: How facing fears helps manage anxiety and overcome avoidance
