Your Library offers free, group Technology Support sessions with our patient, knowledgeable Tech Support Officers. We will do our best to help you familiarise yourself with a device, learn how to access interesting and helpful apps, and answer tech-based questions you may have.

During the Troubleshoot Tech Hour, a Tech Support Officer is available to help with any quick fixes. From resetting a password, connecting to Wi-Fi, making a call or downloading an app, our staff will do their best to assist.
