Adapting to the Ride of Life with Wellness

LIFE IS LIKE A ROLLERCOASTER AS IT TAKES US THROUGH twists and turns, highs and lows, spontaneity, fear, and excitement. We cannot completely control the ride or the process, but we can choose we bring healing to our physical bodies.
