C3Arts Radio Content Cultural Arts Interviews Interviews with members of the cultural arts community comprise the primary portion of C3Arts content. Creatives from the “emerging” to the “established” are becoming increasingly aware that C3Arts Radio is a platform through which they will encounter a thoughtful environment and a receptive audience for their work.

Visual, performing and literary artists; arts administrators; academics; social and cultural entrepreneurs; culinary artists; comedians and other members of the creative community form the primary source of interview subjects. The theme of many C3Arts programs are built around guests that are working on current projects thus making C3Arts an essential part of their promotional campaigns.

C3Arts Radio C3Arts Radio Host: Phillip Harvey Phillip Harvey received a BA in English from Morehouse College and a MA in Arts Administration from Columbia University/ Teachers College. He is a Fellow of the National Endowment of the Arts (NEA) and US State Department International Visual Arts Institute as well as a JP Morgan Fellow in Arts Management. He is a regular contributor to the International Review of African American Art and managed the national arts research project Changing the Beat: A Study of the Worklife of Jazz Musicians, the NEA sponsored national study of jazz musicians. Former host of the BFM Film Festival in London, Phillip has curated and produced cultural events in Tokyo, New York, Hong Kong and London.
