he Drumm Family’s mission is larger than a mere
real estate transaction. This group goes far beyond standard industry expectations because it’s not just their job; it’s their name, it’s their family, it’s their reputation. As Shauna Drumm will tell you, this is lived out in three ways; “a deep desire to gain the trust of our clients, a conviction to have our clients look back on an experience with us and speak positively about it, and the ability to learn quickly as markets, technologies, and strategies change in our industry.” The Drumm Family is a team of Realtors® who are also advisors, strategists, marketers and consultants. Shauna believes these traits are an important part of being a real estate professional. Along with her husband, Kevin, and brother-in-law, Sean, Shauna is a top producing agent with The Drumm Family Real Estate Services, part of Seven Gables Real Estate’s Tustin Office. Shauna says,
“We were excited about building a business with people we love and trust, whom we could count on through all the moments that go with creating something significant.” Shauna Drumm, holder of a degree in psychology, is a self-professed people person. She believes the heart of the team is connecting with each client to focus on their individual needs. This is where her background in psychology is helpful -- buying or selling real estate can be extremely stressful and emotional. She sets a positive tone for each transaction, helping to relieve her clients from stress that may occur. Kevin Drumm has a master’s degree in electrical engineering from USC, and he has found so many ways to use his analytical skills to solve real estate problems. Kevin’s strengths are strategic planning, providing detailed analyses, and marketing, assuring the best deal for each client.

Trusted Advisers in the Real Estate Business Sean Drumm’s background started in the health profession, and the same passion he found from working with physical therapists and their patients translated into his current career. Being able to give guidance to someone drives him every day. He considers the health and well-being of each client to help them make wise decisions. Sean is the one you can count on to be patient and caring. Together the trio creates individualized transition plans for Orange County homeowners when they sell their homes. They also guide homeowners through each step involved in such transactions. “We create unique marketing to showcase a property’s features and the benefits one would have from living there. Additionally, we utilize new media to describe the lifestyle that goes with a home,” Kevin Drumm says. “We give our opinion on every decision a person might make through the real estate process in order to help them use our experience to their benefit.” Having three members of the Drumm family fits well with the Seven Gables philosophy, as stated on their website--- “a company whose core values embrace family and

This site enables current and potential clients to learn more about the company, its professionals and what they can do to help clients get the best deal possible in the Orange County real estate market. “We have three attributes that our team stands by -- honesty, integrity and results,” Kevin says. “In our industry, many agents possess some of these but very few have them all.” One of the core attributes clients can expect when working with Kevin and his team is HONESTY. And such transparency can be refreshing when so much is at stake during the buying or selling of a home. “We speak openly and honestly with our clients about all parts of the transaction,” he says. “From the highs of a success, to the lows of a disappointment, we remain forthcoming about what happens and then quickly develop a plan for the next step.”

In particular, Shauna “loves watching my favorite sport, ice hockey!” Kevin plays the guitar and is a first-generation American -his dad is from Ireland and in an Irish folk band. Sean coaches youth sports, and he and Kevin are avid golfers who enjoy playing courses in Orange County. They’re also on a hockey team together with other family members that plays weekly. “It’s a fun family event we all go to and support their team,” Shauna says, adding: “We have a strong sense of family and focus on the importance of values. Maintaining this positive, healthy, happy outlook on life and business, means viewing all of life as a collection of experiences that contribute to success.” “In our profession, we carry the responsibility to be someone our clients trust. We know how life transitions are a difficult emotional journey and how hard the transition into a new home or leaving a familiar one can be. We are good, honest people that will guide the way. One of the ways Shauna, Kevin and Sean maintain such a positive business model is by making sure their lives are fulfilling outside of work. This centers around family, activities, and especially sports. Shauna and Kevin have two children, Declan and Keegan. They love the outdoors, especially camping.
