ealtor® Martin Yankov is not only a partner in the Stellar Real Estate Group at Realty Masters & Associates in Rancho Cucamonga, he is a true American success story. Originally from Bulgaria, Martin immigrated to the United States in the early 2000s and worked his way up through sales and management in a prominent telecommunications company. From there, he opened an auto dealership, and when he purchased his first home, he hired Aaron Stel as his Realtor®.

In the past year, the group has expanded from three agents to a team of 10. According to Martin, he and Aaron are continuing to look for likeminded professionals who want to be part of something bigger. “I think a huge difference between us and the rest of the teams in the area is that we are friends in life. We work together in an enjoyable atmosphere where we take what we do very seriously, but we still have fun.�

Whether he is handling a transaction worth $200,000 or $2 million, Martin treats every sale like a luxury home sale.

He says that picking up his phone is one of the things that sets him apart from his competitors, and no matter the time of day, he strives to reply within seconds. Martin is also great at providing ideas for remodeling his clients’ properties, and he has developed a large community of trusted vendors who can help homeowners achieve their vision.

Making Your Relocation a Smooth and Joyful Process With his global point of view, Martin enjoys assisting buyers and sellers from all over the world realize the American Dream. “There are so many people in California who were not born here, and I am able to click in some way with all of them since we share the same path. We all came from somewhere, settled down here and went through the same things. Martin and his wife Cynthia have two sons, and they enjoy traveling to beach destinations around the world.

Martin is a former international table tennis competitor, but now he only plays for fun.

Martin says that his experiences as an immigrant and entrepreneur have taught him how to overcome obstacles to achieve his goals. He lives by the quote, “You have to fight through some bad days to earn the best days of your life.”
