Jacqueline’s unique professional background spans her management of the second largest Ethan Allen furniture store in the country; the training of high-level sales professionals in the medical, higher education and design communities; large-scale public speaking engagements; and the ground-up design and management of an exclusive children’s clothing store in Newport. Before she moved to California, she also sold commercial real estate in what was then an irrefutably male-dominated profession.

When Jacqueline decided to return to real estate, she did so with her characteristic deliberation and demand for excellence. She sought out the number one office of the largest independent brokerage in California, First Team Real Estate. She has gained momentum year over year, and was recognized as the number one Realtor® for volume in all of Aliso Viejo for the first quarter of 2016. Her degree in psychology combined with her genuine compassion for people help her to deliver service in a way that addresses more than just the details of her clients’ transactions. “I realize that this is such an emotional experience for most people. I do everything I can to maintain contact and assure them that whatever their neurotic behavior is, it will probably intensify over the next 60 days. But that’s okay. I’m here for them 300 percent.”

Jacqueline strives to demonstrate her value to clients by giving them what others can’t. She is accessible each day from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and she reliably returns phone calls, often within minutes. “I tell my clients, ‘I am an employee of you. As a 17-year resident of Aliso Viejo, Jacqueline specializes in listing properties in this elite community and its surrounds with professionalism and panache. She leverages First Team’s exclusive relationship with Chrisitie’s International Real Estate and her design and display skills to showcase homes in a way that helps buyers to picture themselves living there and enjoying the extraordinary lifestyle this unique area has to offer. “Staging helps to sell a home 93 percent faster, and I’m willing to foot the bill for it. With me, clients get comprehensive service complete with high-end professional photography and staging. I provide custom brochures that explain how to have a superior showing and generate the best photos. My main farm area, the Vantis development, is only six years old. I tell clients, ‘Think about when you first bought your home.

The model sold you. We need to stage your home to appeal to your buyer, especially when there are several properties

for sale in the same development.’”

Further, Jacqueline brings her team to host open houses every Saturday and Sunday until the home sells, including her veteran mortgage lender who is present to prequalify potential buyers on the spot.

Jacqueline is also on hand to help her sellers and referral clients find their next home in Orange County, and she goes above and beyond to exceed their expectations. A recent buyer said: “Jackie found the perfect home for me! She understood what I was looking for and found one that met all of my expectations. What’s impressive is that the property she found wasn’t listed, but she was able to pitch the idea of selling to the previous owner and made everything happen in a short period of time. When it comes to maintaining her well-earned client relationships, Jacqueline embraces the power of two simple words: thank you. “I like to show appreciation for my clients and do special things for them. On the Fourth of July, I left flags on my clients’ doors and put personal notes on them. I take time to do that, to let them know that I appreciate them and their support of my family. The emphasis is on being thankful and on the client. It’s not about me, it’s about them.”

Jacqueline lives by a philosophy that works in this or any business: “Approach everyone with integrity, and tell the truth, even if people don’t want to hear it. Make it about them and helping them reach their goals. In helping them, your own goals will be fulfilled. And have a system in place. Be consistent and don’t give up on it. I want people to feel like they got their money’s worth. So often at the end of a transaction, we leave hugging. We’re family.”

Just as dynamic in her personal life as in her professional one, Jacqueline loves travelling and exploring all that Southern California has to offer with her 13-year-old daughter. It may come as no surprise that this fearless woman also enjoys big-game fishing. During her quieter moments, she likes gardening and experimenting with gourmet cuisine.

After achieving success in numerous endeavors, Jacqueline has found the most rewarding work of her life in real estate. “There is not a day that goes by that I’m not happy to get up and do my job.
