Both Angel and Patty started out in real estate as young adults, and they have dedicated their entire careers to the business. Their compatibility and alignment of purpose bond them together and make them an unstoppable force.

“At the end of the day, working together we are always in agreement, so we can accomplish any goal and are able to move forward,” Angel says. “I see the future, and I’ve always managed to stay ahead of the market shifts.”

“He’s the main head of the whole thing and gives good direction,” Patty says. “He plans for us, and I trust his decisions. Through the ups and downs, good and bad markets, it has always worked.”

With a personal production team of 12 and an office that houses another 30-plus agents, Angel and Patty are committed not only to expanding their own production, but helping their team prosper. Angel explains, “I’m a brand, but I’m teaching team members to create their own teams and brands for the future. We recently hired two more staff so we could give the team more time to leverage themselves to grow and increase profitability.

In 2020, my office and team did about 350 transactions, and our goal in 2021 is to do 600. With Patty as my support and the rest of our team members, I see this vision becoming a reality.”

Family values are at the core of Angel and Patty’s success, and they have created a legacy that is being carried into the future by their three sons. Kevin is a licensed agent and manages the brokerage, Keith is a licensed agent and handles payroll and strategic planning, and Konner is working on his license while providing office support. As a powerhouse Realtor® and team mom, Patty says she loves working with her sons and mentoring their friends who have also decided to make real estate their careers. “All of our sons started at the bottom, and they weren’t allowed to work for us full time until they got an education,” Patty says. “Our team is young, and I’ve known most of them since they were 14 years old.

Having a young team just makes us more adaptable.”

Patty supports everyone on the team while managing Angel’s listings and handling the majority of referral business from past clients.

While real estate causes them to lead busy lives, it also allows Angel and Patty to keep family as their primary focus. “I believe in putting family first and spending time with them,” Angel says. “Since we get to work together, it’s even nicer. We’ve always been with the kids at all their activities, and now that they’re adults, we’re still there.”

Angel and Patty are enjoying their first grandchild, Kristian, and are eagerly anticipating the arrival of a second, Kaleb. Patty says, “Tuesdays are ‘grandma grandpa day’ when we work from home with our grand-

son so we can have quality time with him. Our business requires a lot of time, and the only way we are able to be with him is if we schedule it.”
