The Saint-Gobain EHS Frame of Reference, the 20 steps, analysis of the content of the 20 steps in the Saint-Gobain EHS Frame of Reference The audit system: definition, scope, how to carry it out, classifications The different phases in the performance of an EHS audit (preparation, opening meeting, carrying out the audit, closing meeting, report) Practical aspects, documents to be requested, to be prepared and provided How the auditor should behave in different types of situation Practical example: audit of an industrial area or site Use of the practical example to simulate a closing meeting, assessed by the trainer and the rest of the group Delivery of the audit report on site before the site management
