LEARNING HAPPENS EVERYDAY!
The Nordic & Baltic Academy aims at offering trainings that truly serve business needs. Our trainings are built on our new Saint-Gobain attitudes:
Aside from all of our great face to face trainings and e-learnings we also want to emphasize that learning should happen all the time and everywhere. The 70-2010 principle shows that only 10 % of all learning and development should happen in formall trainings. 20% should happen in social networks and the majority of learning and development, 70 %, should happen on the job and in learning from colleagues. The whole learning context can be divided into a wide spectrum of learning needs:
We hope that everyone can find great development opportunities within the Group and that everyone can feel that Saint-Gobain is indeed a great place to learn! Marjo Pääkkö N&B Training Manager
