Džiugas hard cheese is made from only four ingredients –milk from cows grazing freely in the summer, starter cultures, microbiological rennet, and salt. Its color and avor come from nature – there are no arti cial colors or preservatives. This cheese is perfect for vegetarians, as it contains no lactose, and it is rich in phosphorus, calcium, and proteins.
