They are responsible for making highly intricate and reproducible plastic parts used across nearly all sectors including, but not limited to, automotive and aerospace, electronics, medical science, consumer products and packaging. These machines are expected to run with an extreme level of reliability, consistency and efficiency round the clock in today’s demanding manufacturing environments. However, the physical surface on which a Plastic Injection moulding machine is set up is often an overlooked factor.
