They are responsible for making highly intricate and reproducible plastic parts used across nearly all sectors including, but not limited to, automotive and aerospace, electronics, medical science, consumer products and packaging. These machines are expected to run with an extreme level of reliability, consistency and efficiency round the clock in today’s demanding manufacturing environments. Machines cycling through high-pressure injection, screw rotation, or ejecting a mould generate small but repeating shock loads and vibrations. Over time, vibrations induce alignment and balance deviation, straining the close tolerances necessary for consistent part quality.
