Welcome to Dynamic Ed. We are a small team of experts in education, resource development, evaluation and project management. We’ve been around since 2005 and quietly worked with a selection of colleges, NGOs, national representative organisations and service providers to do whatever they need us to do to meet their outcomes. Put simply, we don’t brand, we don’t talk about our clients, we just do the work that they don’t have the time or capacity to make happen. Consistently and unfailingly we do a great job.

The Dynamic Team.... is global and endless
WHY CHOOSE DYNAMIC ED?
We don't brand, meaning if we develop something for you, it's as if you developed it yourself - which is why our examples are deidentified and necessarily vague! No logos! No credit! Just you.
We offer a silver bullet service. We will move mountains and work round the clock to ensure that a project is delivered on time and in budget.
WHY CHOOSE DYNAMIC ED?
We don't charge the earth. We are highly competitive and whilst we like to pay our people what they are worth we don't believe in taking advantage. We will work with you to determine what is best for your needs and budget.
We love what we do. Passion - this magic ingredient is obvious in all our productions and cannot be bought or taught.
It is extremely difficult when we pride ourselves on offering a discreet service to then turnaround and advertise. We are a team that can literally do anything at all. And we do.
Time and time again we deliver anything and everything to ensure you look amazing. And you would never know we were there....
IN 2023....
We designed, developed and/or delivered
Over 250 hours of education
Twelve Online Education Courses
One on-boarding course for a service provider with over 200 staff
Fifteen role play and case study videos
Three Storybooks
A toolkit with resources and workbooks (in 6 weeks)
Seven evaluation reports for major projects
Six project plans
Fifteen funding submissions
Twenty two reports - 12 National, 10 State
And we ’ re still smiling....
Dynamic Ed has worked with a major client to develop a suite of educational resources including video role plays, satellite modules, 6 hour courses and support materials for a federally funded project.
Dynamic Ed also developed all associated evaluation materials and continues to work with the client to monitor and report on the outcomes of the project.
“I don’t know how you do it but thank you. We love working with you guys ”
EXAMPLE TWO
Dynamic Ed was commissioned to develop a 25 hour course and make people want to do it!
The result is a dynamic, interactive course, delivered completely online and accredited with the appropriate bodies.
It is the first of its kind in Australia and thus far has had over 200 participants, yielding the organisation in excess of $100,000 of profit.
“You have made this project possible, we didn’t know where to start. Completely surpassed our expectations. Thank you ”
An organisation was nearing the end of a major gorvernment contract and had.....underspend. It needed some fantastic ideas, that could be developed amazingly quickly to demonstrate that their program was beyond fantastic and had mesaurable outcomes for continued funding.
We designed an entire resource package that supported and sustained the outcomes of the funded program, produced the elements in record time and had the collateral distrbuted nationwide by the time the ink was drying on the final report.
They loved it...and secured the next year of funding
“Can I just say, wow?”
EXAMPLE FOUR
A large organisation required a new system to onboard new staff. Dynamic Ed worked with them to design an online induction course.
Dynamic Ed reviewed all current processes, ISO requirements and existing policies and procedures and developed a course that enabled new staff to be orientated to the organisation online with minimal face to face contact required. The review process was also documented as a quality improvement exercise - bonus.
“We can’t begin to say how this has saved us time, money and energy in our orientation process. It’s truly great.”
A state based organisation wanted to develop an innovative resource to be used in schools for educating young people in an area of health prevention.
Dynamic Ed worked with them to create a unique storybook which was then animated for use online. This resource was used statewide and then picked up for national use, earning praise for the state based organisation and, most importantly, potentially saving lives.
“Such a fun and engaging way to learn, we would never have come up with this concept alone. Thanks Dynamic Ed”
