Making your property compliant

You need the following:

Proof of Ownership

Anti-Money Laundering check (Carried Out By Us)

Register as a Landlord with Local Authority

Gas Safety Certificate

Electrical Installation Condition Report

Portable Appliance Testing

Legionella Risk Assessment

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE?

Our Full management service starts at 12% of the rent collected.

We can offer reduced fees for multiple property portfolios.

There is a set-up fee of £100 per property under management.

Thats it!

We do not charge for organising repairs or certificate renewals. The only other cost would be if you require us to handle a dispute, which would be by negotiation.

TENANT FIND ONLY

I DON’T WANT YOU TO MANAGE MY PROPERTY, BUT CAN YOU FIND ME TENANTS?

Yes of course, we can tailor our services to whatever you need, meaning you can cherry pick any of the services from the full management and leave out what you don’t want.

WHAT WILL YOU CHARGE ME?

That very much depends on what services you choose, but it will typically be a one-off fee between 50-75% of the first full rent payment due on the property. Contact us for more information.
