Smithsonian Museum For The American Woman And an Adjacent Mixed Use Development. Replacing James V. Forrestal Building, South of Smithsonian Castle as counter proposal to plans to develop the tidal basin for future museum projects. Includes pedestrian public space facing the museum, the museum proper, smaller public space behind the museum, as well as, two apartment buildings with commercial space onthegroundfloor.

WOOD FRAMING MODEL
This model was made first in cad then assembled with wood at ½”=1’ scale to represent 2x members for wood framing. Systems of framing are represented including, joists, studs, headers, & sill plates. The house sits on a concrete foundation made with fine grain quikrete.
3D work for for Dunning Group Architects
1: Alzheimer’s Residency Room for The Sylvestery at Vinson Hall Retirement Community, including a bedroom and bathroom.
2: The Fairfax Circle Shopping Center remodeled facade following fire damage. This project included the addition of new storefronts and surrounding details.

PERSONAL STATEMENT
I am an undergraduate architecture student at The Catholic University of America. (CUA). (Year 3). I have performed well so far. I treat each new project as an opportunity to grow not only my own skills and ideas as an architect but also my skills as a collaborator within the studio culture. In every project I find myself helping others and promoting creativity in the studio space. I am in the IPAL program at CUA.
I have already worked two summers at Dunning Group Architects, earning 864 NCARB AXP hours.
