Complete the screening - Your school has setup a series of questions which may include: • Symptoms • Temperature check • Recent travel • Potential COVID-19 exposure • Maybe more - Should take 1-2 minutes to complete

Receive instructions - Based on the information in your screening, you will immediately receive further instructions from your school - If your child is symptom-free, you may be given a "pass" with a barcode to present upon arrival - You will be able to share a link to the pass with your child (optional) - If your child does not have their pass but was still screened, they will still be permitted to enter

Daily Health Certification Self-Check FAQs

1. Does the Daily Self-Check need to be done if my student is not planning on coming to campus and/or is learning online only? a. You are required to complete the Daily. Self-Check (Ruvna screening process) anytime you are scheduled to be on campus AND any time you receive a notification to complete a Daily Self-Check. ● If you get a notification, but you aren't coming to campus, please complete the Daily Self-Check anyway. ● If you are scheduled to be on campus, but you didn't get a notification, please contact ​help@d-e.org​.

2. How long do I have to complete the screening? a. The screening must be completed before you leave for school.

3. Do I need to do anything with the QR code that pops up at the end? a. No, that is for schools who are using the controlled drop-off feature of Ruvna. We are not using that. You can ignore the QR code.

4. I got an email but no text message. a. We might not have your cell phone in the system. If you send it to me, I will add it.

5. I don't want to get a text message at 5:30 AM. a. I can't turn that off unfortunately, but if you text ​"STOP" to 36598, it will block texts from Ruvna. BE CAREFUL. It might be difficult to re-enable this if you change your mind later.

6. I have the Ruvna app, but I don't see our school. a. Ruvna HEALTH does not use their app. There is nothing you need to download.

7. Do I have to fill out the text and the email version of the survey? a. Both links go to the same survey. You only need to fill out one.
