Suggestions to enlarge the project in the future •
During 2015, 16 courses in a variety of subjects attracted a total number of 375 participants Compared to the needs of the people and the potential of IVET centers, this number is too little How can the project be extended and integrated into the existing VET system?
•
The analysis of data already showed good results of the project and possibilities of future development through higher investments However, we felt that a careful Tracer Study was needed to receive reliable data about the outcome Estimated cost: 52,6€ per person for a one-week course, 1,233€ in total for one training 26.09.2017
16
Suggestions to enlarge the project in the future •
More cooperation are recommended •
with DNFE, including NFE centers and CLCs
•
with the Labor Ministry
•
with schools to sell products
• Sharing workshop on mobile skills trainings with all stakeholders • Capacity Building for IVET schools in various aspects of managements (e.g. needs assessment) and teaching • Funding from national sources
