Green! Sustainable business practices are very important to Dutchen. In the maintenance of our parks we use as much sustainable materials as possible. For example, the homes in our parks are cleaned with eco-labelled eco-friendly products. An eco-label is a label that is awarded to products or services that are less environmentally harmful than qualitatively comparable products or services, based on several predetermined criteria. In addition, toilet paper with the fsc quality mark is used in the homes. By using FSC, we directly contribute to the protection of our global forests and to a healthy living environment for humans and animals worldwide. Because you give the forest economic value in this way, you ensure that it is preserved. Our aim is to contribute to promoting environmental awareness among our employees and suppliers. We kindly ask you to consciously apply some simple daily actions during your stay at our parks. You can also ensure a sustainable stay by paying attention to several points. • • • • •

In the evening and when leaving your holiday home, set the thermostat to a lower level. When not charging equipment such as mobile phones, unplug the charger from the wall outlet. Use water economically while showering, brushing your teeth and washing your hands. Separate your glass, paper, plastic and garbage in the appropriate waste containers at the entrance to the park. Do not leave lights on unnecessarily.
