14th Annual DA Golf Tournament A $1,000 - $3,500 $300 - $499 fter four consecutive days of flash floods warnings and tornado watches, Durham Academy lucked out with picture postcard weather on May 1. There was a great turnout, with 52 players, including seven alumni and one head of school who somehow managed not to injure anyone with hooking drives. This year’s event raised more than $23,000 for the Durham Academy Fund, the school’s top fundraising priority. We are grateful to the DA families and friends who supported the tournament through tee sponsorships, faculty sponsorships, player fees, mulligan purchases and donations.
