FURNITURE Lifestyle™ Lifestyle finishes are artificially produced foils applied to MDF and are naturally durable, water resistant, easy to maintain with a consistent look whether they are a solid colour or faux wood grain. We recommend you choose a Lifestyle finish to withstand the everyday use of a busy household.
Realwood™ Realwood finishes use natural real wood. The door frame and scoop of a vanity unit, for instance, is made from solid timber, the door infill and worktops made from a real wood veneer (a thin layer of real wood) bonded onto MDF or chipboard. The carcass for the Compact Realwood Oak is a matching melamine faced chipboard and veneered chipboard for the Shaker Oak Fresso and New Heritage Traditional ranges.

As is usual with product guarantees, Heritage will not cover products against accidental or malicious damage, improper use or negligence, general wear and tear, damage due to poor installation or servicing or consequential loss. Please keep a copy of your original invoice or receipt as this will be required to validate any claim.

Realwood matures over time and you will notice a difference in the strength of grain and colour saturation from item to item. We recommend Realwood if you enjoy the individual natural look and are prepared to spend a little time keeping your bathroom clean and dry.
How to claim In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem with your Heritage bathroom products, you must, in the first instance, return to the place or person whom you purchased it from. They will be able to advise whether it is due to faulty product or faulty installation. If the problem is due to a manufacturing fault, they will contact us to arrange supply of a replacement product as soon as possible.
To be covered by this guarantee you must register upon receipt of products, all products should be installed and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided and be for domestic use only. Products must be purchased and installed in the UK only. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure printing accuracy throughout this brochure, colour reproduction is always difficult. We recommend you view products in a showroom prior to purchase. Deliveries We monitor our stock levels to ensure that all products are in stock. If for any reason the product ordered is not in stock then we will inform the retailer at the time of receipt so alternative arrangements can be made.
A number of stores will receive consolidated orders, operate their own additional inspection procedures and/or receive goods into a central warehouse requiring onward distribution to multiple stores. These added value practices will inevitably impact on delivery lead times. We strongly recommend that you thoroughly inspect your delivery before booking installation time and ensure all products are on site before beginning demolition of your old bathroom. Measurements and Design Specifications All measurements are in millimeters and are for guidance only, some variation may occur. Heritage Bathrooms pursues a policy of continuing improvement in design and performance of its products and so reserves the right to change specifications without prior notice.
