Every year DUO Magazine holds a competition where 12 local women are chosen to grace a DUO Magazine cover for a month of the year. This month we are delighted to introduce you to Nicole Ferraris.
COVERGIRL Nicole Ferraris Age 24 Occupation Dermal Therapist at Chrysalis Skin Technology Where were you born Ingham Tell us something about yourself I love keeping fit and active. I enjoy running Castle Hill and The Strand and participating in aerobics classes. I enjoy all forms of dancing and began dancing at the age of 5. I always dreamt of being a professional dancer. What have you got going on at the moment? I am a dermal therapist and the current clinic manager of Chrysalis Skin Technology, a division of Queensland Plastic Surgery. Working full time keeps me very busy. I plan to continue studying in the cosmetic field and would one day like to lecture students or work in laboratories formulating cosmecuitcals. What would surprise people to know about you? I have two rottweilers, whom I love to death.
MAKE UP DANA ZOLLI – BELLANOVA Nicole had naturally bronzed skin so we enhanced it using lots of gold shades. On her skin I used a combination of Youngblood liquid foundation in Tahitian Sun and loose powder in Toffee. On her eyes, I used Golden Beryl loose dust and Cashmere with black Smiink liner and Smiink lashes. For her cheeks I used Sunshine bronzer & on lips Barely Nude with Champagne Ice gloss.
HAIR LISA FRALEY – TECHNIQUES HAIR | BEAUTY I created a wet look with water, smoothing out with comb then scrunching in Redken Acrylic Shape 15 to give separation and shine.
