Famous for their ‘No Sale, No Charge’ guarantee, Todd Pearce and Greg Page opened Page & Pearce in Townsville in 2003. Their journey began back in 1993, after they attended a seminar that challenged the way real estate was traditionally performed. “Our positioning of ‘No Sale, No Charge’ has led us to the number one sales position in Townsville so it’s obvious vendors love the concept,” Todd says. “Just as you wouldn’t pay the plumber if the dripping tap wasn’t fixed, so we believe we shouldn’t get paid until the job is done. If you don’t get paid then we don’t get paid, no ifs or buts. “We also offer landlords our ‘Flat Management Fee’ guarantee, which means property owners know how much they’ll be charged without any hidden extras or add-ons.” Born and bred in Townsville, Todd says the real estate business is about people and relationships. “Each day we help somebody achieve their dream of their first home, an investment property or a pathway to move on to new beginnings. It could be a property like an old Queenslander in North Ward, or one of the modern homes sprouting up at North Shore or a classic structure on Castle Hill. “You’ve got to love the diversity Townsville offers. We’re living in one of the best cities on the globe with an immeasurable future.” Todd and his wife and business partner Sue are now the sole owners of Page & Pearce and both have great visions for the company. Sue has been working in the business for the last eight years focusing on special projects and, importantly, creating a great experience for clients. Sue’s background is in administration and she’s also a busy mum and volunteers for Ronald McDonald House. “We live and work in this beautiful city and we believe in giving back to the community so we are conscious of supporting locals, local businesses and local charities,” Sue says. Both Todd and Sue are focused on building a culture of total dedication to achieving maximum results for their clients and customers. “We’re very proud of the systems we have in place at Page & Pearce. Our systems offer clients a great selling, buying or renting experience and we have a fantastic team who implement them at a very professional level,” Todd says. “That’s what it boils down to — teamwork — and we believe we have the best team in town.
