Please provide press-ready PDF, TIFF, EPS, or high-resolution JPEG files. All artwork must be in CMYK colour mode and set to a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Fonts should be embedded or outlined. Include a 3 mm bleed on all edges for full bleed adverts and ensure any important content such as text or logos sits at least 5 mm inside the trim edge. Trim marks, crop marks, registration or bleed marks are not required. Include a space for promotional information if you require us to add this in, otherwise as your rep for the information to include.
Design Recommendations
To maintain quality and consistency, avoid placing borders or critical content too close to the trim line. For large areas of black, we recommend using rich black (C30 M30 Y30 K100). Avoid the use of RGB or spot colours unless previously discussed. Ensure all images are high quality and ideally include a strong call-to-action or clear promotional message in your ad.
Terms and Conditions
All advertising content is subject to editorial approval. We reserve the right to reject or request revisions to artwork that does not meet our standards or technical requirements. Late submissions may not be included in the final brochure. Payment and cancellation terms will be in accordance with your contract.
