Overnight Adventures Brownie Overnight Adventures American Symbols and Stories Overnight Adventure O, say can you see! – Explore Dumbarton House and discover American symbols important to our community and our nation. Brownies will create patriotic hats, sing patriotic songs, and learn to write with a quill pen. Brownies will complete steps 1, 2, and 4 of the Celebrating Community Legacy Badge.
Paint It! Overnight Adventure Become an artist at Dumbarton House! Brownies go on a scavenger hunt through the historic home in search of 200 year old paintings. Armed with artistic inspiration, Brownies create their own artwork to take home! Brownies will complete steps 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of the Painting Legacy Badge.
Playing the Past Overnight Adventure Party into the past at Dumbarton House! Brownies explore the historic house to learn about games and entertainment from early America. After their tour, Brownies enjoy an early American tea party, make a special doll to take home, play early American games, and learn to write with a quill pen. Brownies will complete steps, 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the Making Games Legacy Badge.
