At DPS Holiday Clubs, we believe holidays are for fun, laughter, and unforgettable experiences! Our Children’s Holiday Club is designed for girls and boys aged 3 to 11. It is a vibrant and engaging space where young minds can explore, create, and make lifelong memories.

Every day is packed with exciting and age-appropriate activities that spark creativity, curiosity, and a sense of wonder. From arts and crafts to team building games, our diverse range of activities ensures that every child finds something they love.

Multi- Activity Club Easter 2025

Starting Monday 31 March 2025, we are delighted to announce that our Multi-Activity Holiday Club will offer engaging and enriching experiences for boys and girls across different age groups. Ensure you don’t miss the chance to secure a spot for your child. Ready Prep Cook Easter 2025

Participants will be taught to make a two or three-course meal each day, including vegetarian, meat, and fish dishes and a range of delicious desserts. They will also be coached on essential kitchen skills such as vegetable preparation, bread, and soupmaking, as well as developing healthy eating habits and the importance of a varied diet of homemade food.

Workshops are open to Dulwich Prep & Senior pupils and the wider community.

Frequently Asked Questions

Drop Off & Pick Up Times

Morning registration is between 8.30 and 8.45am.

Afternoon pick-up is between 4.30 and 5.00pm.

Extra Support for Your Child

If your child requires additional support, please contact our team at 020 766 5529 or by email. We will work with you to understand your child’s needs and provide the necessary support to ensure they have the best experience possible.

Preparation Before Attending Holiday Clubs

Ensure your child’s information is complete and provide accurate contact details.

Booking Enquiries

Please contact us at 020 8766 5529 or via email during our office hours, Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 5.00pm.

Booking Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to the provided address. Log into your School Activity account to review your booking under ‘Actions’ and ‘View Invoice.’ Report any discrepancies promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with a minimum of 21 days’ notice before the intended date will receive a full refund.

Refunds for illness require a doctor’s certificate. A 20% cancellation fee applies in such cases. No refund is available with less than 21 days’ notice.

Childcare Vouchers

To pay with childcare vouchers, secure your booking with a credit or debit card. Once confirmed, please email us to express your preference. Instruct your provider to release the booking amount, and a card payment refund will be issued upon receipt of your voucher payment.

Lost Property

Ensure all items are named. Dulwich Prep & Senior is not liable for any loss or damage. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after the last day of club activities.

Medical Conditions

Please inform us of any medical conditions via the booking form. For medication administration, provide prescribed items in their original packaging at registration.

Club Timetables & Friend Requests

Timetables are subject to change. Sample timetables can be found later in this brochure. Friend requests are not guaranteed, and age group adjustments are not possible for four and five-year-olds.

Toilet Training & Accident Policy

Children attending camp should be toilet trained. Those in nappies are unsuitable, and they should not attend. Accidents may happen; bring spare clothes. Persistent soiling may result in removal without a refund.

First-Time Experience

We understand first-time concerns. Our experienced staff will ensure both you and your child feel comfortable and settle into the holiday club quickly.

What to Wear/Bring

Ensure your child is prepared with:

Swimming (not available for the Tiny Scamps group): swimming costume, towel, goggles, and swim hat.

Spare clothes, including pants and socks. Comfortable shoes for all-day activities. Nut-Free lunch and snacks for morning and afternoon breaks. Named water bottle for hydration. Weather-appropriate clothing, including a rain jacket. Apply sunscreen in the morning; pack extra sunscreen in your child’s bag. Staff will assist with reapplication unless advised otherwise. Clearly label all belongings with your child’s name for easy identification.

All holiday club bookings must be paid for in advance.

Any payments more than 14 days overdue may result in your place no longer being held.

The fee for your holiday club place will be confirmed at the point of booking.

We accept payment via Debit or Credit Card. Please note we do not accept American Express.

If you wish to pay by childcare vouchers, your booking must be secured by a credit or debit card.

Once your place has been secured, please email us advising that you would like to pay via childcare vouchers.

We then ask you to instruct your provider to release the amount of your booking to us. As soon as we receive this, your card payment will be refunded. The refund usually takes five to seven working days to reach your account.

Terms & Conditions

Booking

All bookings will be confirmed via email. Confirmation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Outstanding balances will be passed to a debt recovery agency after the club season. Customers are responsible for any additional debt recovery charges incurred by Dulwich Prep & Senior. We accept payment by credit or debit card (excluding American Express).

Holiday Club Lunch is not provided. Please supply your child with adequate nut-free snacks (morning and afternoon) and lunch. Water will be available.

Pricing Discounts

The best available price will always be offered to you at the time of booking.

The Holiday Club will offer discounts retrospectively. Discounts must be requested at the time of booking. Sibling Discount – 15% discount on second sibling booked in one booking. Refunds will only be considered in cases of illness and on presentation of a doctor’s certificate. However, please note that there is a 20% cancellation fee to cover administrative and staff costs in such circumstances.

Changing Your Booking

If you give us ten or more days’ notice, you will be able to change your dates within the same holiday season, subject to availability, free of charge.

If you wish to move dates to another season, this is possible on payment of a £5 amendment fee.

If you wish to move your booking to another season but cannot confirm exact dates, then you may hold the value in credit on your DPS Holiday Club account, minus the £5 amendment fee. Please note prices may increase from one year to the next.

If you give us less than ten days’ notice, we will endeavour to change your dates within the same season (e.g. summer), subject to availability, on payment of a £5 amendment fee. Amendment fees will be applied to your account when the amendment is made and thus will be either deducted from your account or need to be paid by credit or debit card. We are unable to make any changes with less than seven days’ notice.

Extended Care and Late Pick Up will not be offered during the Easter or Summer 2025 Holiday Clubs.

Closures & Cancellations by the School

In the event of a cancellation of activities, you will be contacted via email as soon as possible. Please note that we can only make contact if the correct contact details are given on the booking form.

Dulwich Prep & Senior will issue a credit on your account for any holiday clubs cancelled by us.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations

If you give us at least 14 days notice before the date(s) you would like to cancel, we will refund all monies paid. A refund will only be considered in cases of illness and on the presentation of a doctor’s certificate.

Please note that there is a 20% cancellation fee to cover administrative and staff costs in such circumstances.

If you give us less than 14 days’ notice before the date(s) you would like to cancel, no refund is available.

Please allow five to seven working days for the refund to be credited to your payment method. All cancellations for holiday club bookings should be made by email.

In exceptional circumstances, we may have to cancel dates in this event; we will try to give those booked onto the Holiday Club programme at least 14 days’ notice and will offer a suitable alternative if one is available or refund all monies paid for the dates cancelled if preferred.

Illness

If your child is feeling unwell, we recommend that you do not take them to their swimming lesson or holiday club. Children with a contagious illness should not attend holiday clubs until 48 hours after the symptoms have passed. Should your child appear ill during a lesson or whilst attending holiday club, we reserve the right to cancel their lesson/holiday club place.

Adverse Weather Conditions

In the unlikely case that we are unable to run the camp due to adverse weather conditions, the Holiday Club will offer a full refund or credit for another day.

The Holiday Club will endeavour to advise customers of any closure as soon as possible by means of email, text, or notification on the school website. The website will be updated with the most up-to-date information.

If customers are unable to attend camp during adverse weather conditions but the camp is open, no refund will be applicable.

Adverse weather conditions are determined by either an Amber or Red weather warning issued by the Met Office via local or national TV & Radio or their website.

Parents are responsible for ensuring children have appropriate clothing and sun protection.

Medical Conditions

You must inform us of any medical conditions when completing the booking form.

Any new conditions that may affect your child when participating in holiday club activities, should be made known to DPS Holiday Clubs via email. Essential prescribed medication must be handed at morning registration and collected at evening pick up.

Available Dates and Activities

All the information in our literature is correct at the time of publication.

Changes may occur, and if they do, Holiday Club will inform parents via our website as quickly as possible. Not every activity detailed in our literature is available every season or every day.

Activity programmes are subject to change in the event of unsuitable weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Activity timetables are a guide and are subject to change. If you book individual days, we cannot guarantee these activities will fall on those days.

Please discuss timetable changes with your Club Manager and team.

The group age ranges depending on the number of children in attendance and may vary from the time of booking.

Friend Requests

The Holiday Club ethos ensures that children will make new friends on camp.

Groups fill up on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no guarantee that friends or siblings will always be in the same group.

Please note four- and five-year-olds cannot be moved up an age group due to additional supervision requirements for this age group.

Toilet Training

The Holiday Club asks that children attending be toilet trained. If a child is still in nappies, he/she is unsuitable for club activities, and the company asks that the child does not attend.

Holiday Club understands that accidents can happen and suggests that younger children bring a change of clothes.

Holiday Club may ask parents to remove a child who soils persistently , in which case no refund will be given.

First Aid

In the event of an accident, first aid will be administered to children in our care by a qualified first aider, and emergency services will be called if necessary.

Missed Sessions

Please notify Dulwich Prep & Senior if your child is going to be absent from Holiday club.

We are unable to offer a refund for a lesson/holiday club booking that not attended for any reason.

We are unable to offer holiday club sessions as this could result in our maximum group sizes being exceeded for safety reasons.

Terms & Conditions

Lost Property

Dulwich Prep & Senior is not liable for any loss or damage to property brought onto their site.

Lost property will remain on site of the Holiday Club until the last day of club activities.

Unclaimed lost property will be donated to charity and will not be left at the school.

Mobile Phones & Electronic Devices

All electrical devices are prohibited at the Holiday Club. If found, children will be asked to place the device in the Club Manager box, which will be locked and always secured. Parents/Guardians are required to contact the Club Manager if they wish to speak with their child during camp. Dulwich Prep & Senior will not take any responsibility for the damage or loss of any electronic devices that are brought into the holiday club.

Complaints

Any complaints about the holiday club or its staff should be made in writing as soon as possible. Complaints will be dealt with in line with the school’s complaint procedure.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By booking or attending Holiday Club with us, you accept these terms and conditions, and they will form a contract between us.

You will ensure that any children you bring to the holiday club follow the behaviour code of conduct set out in these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of changes by email.
