Chai’s is a Pan-Asian restaurant offering Sushi, Thai, Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine. Here you’ll find all your favorite dishes on one menu. Chai’s offers a first class dining experience in an elegant but casual atmosphere with an open kitchen where generously portioned dishes are prepared fresh when you order. Chai’s Asian Bistro’s mission strives to offer affordable flavorful food, while carrying on the best time-honored Asian cooking traditions inspired by authentic recipes. Most dishes can be prepared vegetarian style by request. They deliver from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Winner: Pitchfork Provisions The late night food king of Duke’s campus, Pitchfork Provisions was opened in the Fall of 2011 in McClendon Tower by business partners Sam Clowney and Chris Holloway. Clowney also operates Bella Union in McClendon Tower and La Dolce Vita in the French Family Science Center. Pitchfork Provisions offers a wide variety of unique breakfast, salad, sandwich, dinner, and dessert options. They also recently acquired a license to sell beer. However, “The Tower” as it is known by Duke students is probably most famous for it’s “24 hour grub”, notably “The Haystack” - french fries, jalapenos, bacon, cheddar cheese, and gravy - the perfect end to any night out!
