acqua 5000 | acqua R 5000 Profile colour black The two models acqua 5000 and acqua R 5000 are now also available in black. The new profile colour expands the already wide range of the acqua model series. The high-quality fittings as well as the aluminium profiles with black matt anodised finish lend a unique expressiveness to the shower enclosure and turn it into an eye-catcher in every bathroom. CSG10 Chromium mirror glass.
Chromium mirror glass is created by means of a complex vacuum chrome plating process, cathodic spraying and with no application of silver or aluminium onto the surface. The new finish does not impact in any way the performance of the glass, which can be toughened and treated to offer resistance to watermarks and limescale. This glass is also particularly suitable to prolonged exposure in environments of high humidity. Furthermore, it provides resistance to scratches, condensation, acidic and salt spray.

Free-standing solutions combine stylish architecture with clean aesthetic lines. Automatic Close & Stop The glass doors glide smoothly along the last few centimetres into the closed or open position.
Adhesive technology This icon indicates items where the hinges and fasteners are bonded to the glass with the tried-andtested duka® UV adhesive technique.

“Brilliant” adhesive technology This icon indicates items where the hinges and fasteners are glued to the glass with the new innovative duka – brilliant UV adhesive technique.
180° hinge with Automatic Close This icon indicates items with an automatic close system - just a simple touch and the doors glide smoothly through to the closed position.
The 3 seal system An exceptionally discreet, inconspicuous PVC seal strip is attached to the base of the glass. The inner deflector and the soft, downward-angled flaps guide the water in the right direction. It can be removed easily and quickly for cleaning or replacement.
Releasable sliding panels Shower enclosures with releasable sliding panels are marked with this icon. The advantage for you: easy cleaning, even between the panels!
The 4 seal system An exceptionally discreet aluminium profile is fitted to the base of the glass together with a PVC seal insert – practically invisible, and outstandingly efficient. The water-repellent inner deflector and soft, downward-angled flaps keep the water firmly in check. The seal strip can be removed extremely quickly and easily for cleaning or replacement.

“girofix” frame profile installation The models marked with this icon feature a special “girofix-screw” to connect the profile to the wall - quick, easy and convenient!
The 5 seal system The discreet aluminium profile is attached flush to the base of the glass with no protrusion, cutting potential dirt residue to a minimum. The PVC seal insert (similarly, with no protrusion) features an inner deflector and soft, downward-angled PVC flaps. Barely visible, and timelessly beautiful, they offer outstanding performance and can be removed with the greatest of ease for cleaning or replacement if required.
Glass processing
duka now offer a new, innovative glass which goes by the name of “ProCare.” The treatment takes place during the production of the panels: the surface is magnetronsputtered with metal oxides in a vacuum. The tempering process activates and fixes the coating, ensuring that water runs full and fast off the glass surface, vastly reducing watermarks. ProCare is available as an alternative to Protect coating for many products.
On request, duka shower enclosures are also available with PROTECT safety glass surface protection which guarantees high standards when it comes to use, clarity, transparency and cleanliness. Important: Do not use any abrasive cleaners or alkaline cleaning material.
duka Warranty With your duka shower enclosure you will receive a comprehensive guarantee on the product. This is explained in the guarantee document which we enclose in the product packaging. On the rear of this certificate you will find an identification number (“ID”). Your “duka” ID allows us to track the progress of the shower enclosure at the factory at any time - from order to delivery.
The guarantee includes a 5 year warranty for the client and a 10year availability guarantee for spare parts. Read more on our website www.duka.it.

What started out around 40 years ago as a 1-man company in a South Tyrolean garage has gone on to become a family business with more than 300 employees. In autumn last year, we brought our four locations under one roof in the new headquarters close to the Bressanone Sud motorway exit. The new premises provide outstanding working conditions and state-of-the-art Industry 4.0 production facilities. Reflecting our company philosophy, the new headquarters blend discreetly into the surrounding area and combine functionality with beauty. The light vertical profiles on dark metal cladding are reminiscent of water droplets rolling from a smooth surface, just like the glass of a duka shower enclosure – shower emotions.
